If you'd like to participate in a fall clinic but cannot attend your grade's scheduled time, please email bronxvillehoops@gmail.com to discuss joining another age group.

Please note: If we don't have critical mass of interest in a particular age group, we may either try to combine grades appropriately or may not be able to offer.

BYBA Release

I/We the parents of the above-named applicant to the Bronxville Youth Basketball Association, LLC (“BYBA”) hereby give my/our approval to said applicant’s participation in any and all activities during the current season/event. Each of us acknowledges, appreciates and agrees that: (a) there is a risk of injury to my child from the activities; and (b) for myself, my spouse and my participating child, I knowingly and freely assume all risks both known and unknown even if arising from the negligence of any of the Releasees (as defined below), or others, and assume full responsibility for my child’s participation. Each of us hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless each and every one of the Releasees from any and all claims. As used herein, “Releasees” includes all of the following person and entities: (i) BYBA, (ii) any league BYBA participates in; (iii) all directors, officers and employees of BYBA; (iv) all coaches, referees and players involved in BYBA and (v) all owners and lessors of premises used in connection with games, practices or other activities.

I/We further grant BYBA express rights to photograph and video my child participating in BYBA programs, and to use those images on the BYBA website and social media.
